Carmen Plüss

Carmen is Head of HR at Brand Leadership Management in the Shared Corporate Team and consults all HR processes in the Brand Leadership Circle and thus also at Hotz Brand Consultants.

Carmen previously worked in HR in the security and automotive industries, where she gained experience in all aspects of human resources management – from payroll and social security to recruiting and personnel development. She now brings this broad experience to her strategic role, designing structures and processes that support a strong corporate culture and successful brand management.
