Fabian is chairman of the board of Hotz Brand Consultants and founded the company more than 20 years ago. As owner and thought leader, he motivates and supports the company's management through every challenge and accomplishment. Looking back at the last 20 years of success, Fabian is leading the team to bring in many more years of even greater achievements.

In his professional career, Fabian has built up many successful companies in the context of brand-oriented corporate management, in addition to Hotz Brand Consultants. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brand Leadership Circle, our company network.

As an entrepreneur and brand management enthusiast, Fabian has extensive experience in the development and transformation of companies. As a senior advisor, Fabian continues to advise select clients on the strategic direction of their brands and businesses. In addition, Fabian is responsible for building various other businesses in the context of paper and personal correspondence.
