Meet Verena Hirnig

As Project & Client Service Manager at Hotz, Verena is responsible for the operational management and coordination of projects. She accompanies brand processes from strategic goal definition to media implementation and ensures that each project is implemented in a structured, efficient manner that is consistent with the brand. With her strong organizational skills and empathetic communication style, she ensures clear processes and smooth collaboration between clients, creative teams, and partners.

Her project management experience ranges from small and medium-sized companies to large corporations and covers a wide range of industries – from media and culture to industry and services. At Hotz, she manages projects in the areas of film production, events, and rebranding, always with the aim of translating strategic content into effective experiences.

Verena studied film production (B.A.) and leadership in the creative industries (M.A.) at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. This combination allows her to combine creative understanding with sound leadership skills – a strength she uses specifically in her role at Hotz to manage projects holistically and get the best out of interdisciplinary teams.
