Meet Sara Gross

Head of Brand Driven Transformation, Member of the Executive Board

Sara leads the Brand-Driven Transformation & Metrics division and is member of the Executive Board at Hotz Brand Consultants. She supports organizations in defining, prioritizing, and successfully implementing strategic initiatives and lighthouse projects to drive sustainable transformational change.

With extensive expertise in corporate and brand strategy, brand development, customer experience, omnichannel customer journey optimization, as well as design thinking and innovation, Sara brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Prior to joining Hotz, Sara gained valuable experience at leading strategy consulting firms, advising companies across various industries—particularly in the consumer goods, retail, and luxury sectors—on strategic topics. She also held leadership roles at internationally renowned consumer goods and luxury companies.

Sara holds a master’s degree in International Business from HEC Paris and is fluent in German and English, with conversational proficiency in French.
